Working experience

1984

Sales representative with Frigecrème (a subsidiary of Danone Group then Ortiz Miko) who manufactures ice creams. I manage sales development over supermarkets and hypermarkets on the east part of France.

1988

Assistant and Marketing Product Manager.

1992

Sales and Marketing Manager with Brossard Surgelés, a young subsidiary of Grand Metropolitan Group and then of Sara Lee, in charge of the Out of Home Department (Food Service, catering, Home delivery)

1994

Appointed as Export Director and as Out of Home Sales Director when Brossard Surgelés and Brossard Epicerie (manufacturer of Biscuits & Pâtisserie «Savane») merge together to build Brossard France.

1999

Private Label Sales and Export Director with Loc Maria Gaillard Pâtissier, an independent family owned company, specialized in the manufacture of biscuits, cookies and Crêpes Dentelle, which has grown up significantly since 1990 by external acquisitions.

2007

Export Director of Rolli France, the French distribution subsidiary of Industrie Rolli Alimentari Group.

It is an independent company, located in Italy offering premium frozen products (Pizzas, ready meals and raw & cooked vegetables and organic products).

I managed PLB products range for major retail accounts over Benelux, Scandinavia, Eastern European Countries and Russia as well as French overseas territories.

2011

Managing Director of Bretagne Excellence.

This is the Export subsidiary of the Association «Produit en Bretagne», which offers, via a structure and a brand, a range of «premium» grocery and beverage products, manufactured by the members of the Association.

2014

Country manager of the Export subsidiary of Labeyrie Fine Foods Group. In charge of developing the different «premium» branded product ranges among the retailer’s key accounts over Germany, Austria, Eastern European Countries and Russia.



Today, as the Owner of Thierry Lambert Trading and Consulting, I provide expertise and knowledge to Food Market organizations, wishing to initiate and develop new business opportunities throughout France or worldwide.

On the Retail and Food Service sector, I offer to operators my services to lead their growth strategy and help them to promote their range of products under their own brand or their private label brands.
